Airfreighting Boats
How’s this for cool? In Europe they fly the M2 cats by chopper from lake to lake to save them the time of dismantling/reassembling the boats!
“What the hell,” you ask? This M2 cat is airborne as the guys have races on Lac Leman and on the Lac de Neuchatel what do they do? They fly the boats by chopper, because taking the boats apart, trailer them and put them back together would take days even though only 50km from one lake to another…Photo by Loris Von Siebenthal.
