The bladeriders have been having a bit of a coaching weekend yesterday, today and tomorrow. I took the camera over to the club yesterday hoping to maybe get some photos, though sadly they spent all their time (while foiling) miles away, every time they’d get anywhere near where I was they’d stop and potter around before sailing away again. So today I went down to Bradleys head which I was hoping might be closer to them. Sadly that wasn’t the case (for the most part)… they spent a lot of time near Shark Island and in Rose Bay, so I took a few pics and then kept myself entertained taking pics of the yachts and stinkboats… imagine my horror when I looked up saw that the foilers had just sailed around the headland! I managed to get a couple of shots, though unfortunately not really what I was hoping for.

I will have to try for that perfect sponsorship proposal shot again another day

Tomorrow we’re off to the Lovedale Long Lunch, thanks to Milton winning some free tickets
