ETNZ racing Alinghi?
Interesting to see that Emirates Team New Zealand has been doing some practice racing against Alinghi again. And it doesn’t look good for them if they defeat Luna Rossa in the Louis Vuitton Cup finals.
In other sailing news, Rohan is going about 10% faster, so he should easily win the upcoming moth worlds. The only reason I can think of for making such a claim so close to the worlds is for a bit of a psychological edge (hey, maybe it worked?), the better way to do it would have been to wait until you easily won the worlds and then make the claim, in which case you’ll come out looking like a hero, though unfortunately if he loses now that he’s going 10% quicker he’ll look a bit silly.
