Puzzling…
Update: and I thought nobody read my blog… Sail World have just sent me an email about this post, turns out that I sent it to the wrong email address. They also appear to have fixed it.
One of the problems that I have with Sailr is that sometimes the sites change the structure of their URLs and redirect the old format to their homepage, normally that’d be a good thing, though when their feeds are still giving the old URL I have no choice but to disable them. Sail World has always had the most cryptic of URLs for their graphical site, fortunately their text only version for the AUS site is actually reliable. A fair while back they asked me to add the UK and NZ feeds to the site which I did, though they’re broken atm and they don’t seem to be interested in answering email about it so they’ve been disabled.
Why a site wouldn’t do everything they can to increase their targeted traffic is puzzling to me.
